His products are cutting-edge and Jeff has the knowledge and product details to be able to inform his clients to make the right choice. You will notice the difference working with Jeff, he stands by his work. I have been a client of Jeff Wright's for over 10 years, and he is my go to person for all my heating and a/c work. I would highly recommend Jeff Wright. "

"Jeff Wright is "the man " when it comes to service and installation of Rinnai water heaters. I spoke with Jeff at length early Friday morning last week about my tank less Rinnai, which was leaking steadily. He advised me as to my choices of solutions and though he had a full day scheduled said he'd come out at the end of the day and check it out. Jeff arrived about 6:00 Friday ! In all my years as a Class A Build contractor, both building and remodeling, I can't recall anyone receiving this kind of dedicated service. In the trades, this just doesn't happen. Jeff was unbelievably knowledgeable and just a great individual, which I could tell from our early morning conversation, and I knew I had called the right company . Communication and service where first class. I've dealt with so very many HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors and Jeff Wright is a cut above. I have now had the work completed and as I expected it is perfect again. I will call Jeff in the future and highly recommend you consider doing the same. "

"Jeff did a fantastic job with a difficult project, and I recommend him highly. I wanted to install a mini spllit unit in an old family room addition with dark walnut paneling. An old thru--the-wall unit was loud and just didn't work well. A typical wall mount mini split was possible, but there was no goo dplace to place it and it would have looked horrible against the walls of walnut. My idea was to install a wall recessed Mitsubishi unit in a hallway instead. Space was limited. I talked to many reputable contractors and most said it couldn't be done or that it might be possible, but it was clear they weren't familiar with this type of unit or enthusiastic about taking the effort to figure out precisely how to do it. Jeff was the stand-out exception. We ended up meeting several times to determine if and how to do it, where to place it and whether there was space for service access, etc. We changed directions two or three times. I was so impressed that he took all this time to do this -- before we had a contract. I think his curiosity and determination took over. He is a bright, experienced contractor and he explained things very well. On top of the up-front work, he had a difficult install because of the limited space and the peculiarities of mounting this type of system.. Truly this was one of the best experiences I've ever had with any contractor. Oh, the mini split works very well. "

"I had Jeff replace an old, adequate, inoperable air-conditioning system with a better Trane system — not top of the line but much better than what I'd had and well suited for the size and age of my house. Sharing Jeff's recommendations and proposal with a general contractor friend, I learned that his company also turns to Trane and that he thought Jeff's pricing was in line given the product and work to be done. The folks who worked on the job were polite and neat around the property — something even a neighbor observed. The new system is working well, is quieter than what was replaced, and is indeed more efficient; the July 2016 electric bill was 15% lower than that of July 2015."

"For a couple of years we thought the MItsubishi units would work in our 1922 home but the companies we contacted insisted the units weren't designed for this application. Jeff and Madeline e Wright to the rescue! They are courteous, clean and respectful of our home every time they were here. Jeff will spend all the time you need to make sure his clients understand the process, the cost and what's involved. Jeff Wright HVAC did such a good job on our furnace that we had him install the a.c. units. We couldn't be more pleased. They DO work in our house and are quiet and economical and we didn't lose any floor or wall space from having to install a return. We had a unit malfunction prematurely, and this case, jeff was able to advocate on our behalf resulting in the manufacturer footing the bill. He did such h a beautiful job with the furnace install that we give basement tours of our beautiful tankless gas furnace. the photo was even published in the city utilities insert. I wish Jeff did ALL structural aspects of a home - we'd put him on retainer and call him every time!"
