While heat pumps have always been an efficient way to provide winter heating, they tend to perform poorly in very cold climates. Until now.

Mitsubishi Electric has introduced Hyper-Heating INVERTER® (H2i) technology, a significant advance in heat pumps. H2i uses an enhanced compressor system to deliver heat even when outdoor temperatures are as low as -13° F. You no longer need supplemental heat sources to maintain comfort or separate heating and cooling systems to provide heating in the winter and cooling in the summer. Hot-Start technology provides warm air instantly.

Branch Boxes

Branch boxes are for used in multi-zone mini split applications with Mitsubishi's MXZ-4C, MXZ-5C, and MXZ-8C outdoor condensers. It manages the flow of both refrigerant and power from the outdoor condenser to any connected indoor units.

With electronic LEVs, Mitsubishi's branch boxes ensure optimal refrigerant flow and an accurate coil temperature for your mini split indoor units.
